Shipping:
Free shipping across India on every order — no minimum, no surprise charges at checkout.
Orders are printed to order and dispatched from our India facility. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
Returns & exchanges:
Mugs travel in a protective box, but ceramics are ceramics. If yours arrives chipped, cracked or with a flawed print, send us a photo within 5 days of delivery and we'll replace it — no return trip needed on our side of the conversation.
For anything else, raise a request within 5 days of delivery. The item needs to reach us within 5 days of approval, unused and in its original box.
