Quick answers

  • Where's my order? Printing takes 2–4 working days, then delivery takes another 3–10 depending on your pin code. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as it ships. See our Shipping Policy.
  • Need to cancel? Free within 12 hours of ordering, as long as printing hasn't started. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number.
  • Wrong size, or something damaged? Raise it within 5 days of delivery and we'll sort it. Full details in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
